Average Price Passes The $500000 Mark

The average price of a single family home in the Fraser Valley is more than half a million dollars according to the latest stats. Sales were steady in the month of September and an increase in the new listing numbers was also recorded. Multiple Listing Service stats of Fraser Valley show that the average home price in the Fraser Valley communities is $535,572. September's average price shows an increase of 8.5% when compared to the average price of September 2006.
