Just SOLD - Condo In Parkview Estates
The 3 bedroom condo in Parkview Estates that we listed last month is SOLD. This was one of the nicest units available for sale in that complex and it sold for above the asking price. (who says the market is slowing?
) This unit was listed on the MLS and featured on TheCondoSeller.Com like most of our condo listings. We received multiple offers and as mentioned above, SOLD it above the asking price.
