Clearbrook Village Renovations Under Way

Clearbrook Village - a family-oriented complex comprising of 2 and 3 bedroom town-homes - located at 3030 Trethewey Street is getting a major makeover. After month and months of haggling the strata development has finally started the long over due renovation work. Special assessment is paid by most owners and construction crews are already working on some units. All units will get new vinyl siding and new windows among other thing. These townhouses should see their values go up once all the work is finished. I was driving by today and took some pics.. Take a look..
