Westerleigh is the new master-planned community of townhomes and apartments in west Abbotsford. 50 acre site at the corner of Townline Rd an Blueridge Dr is being developed by Polygon - A vancouver based builder of quality multi-family residences.

Westerleigh will feature over 9,000 square feet private clubhouse, an outdoor pool and spa, fireside lounge, fully-equipped fitness studio, screening room, floor hockey play area, guest suites and an entertaining space.

Thats all the information I have at this time. I don't think Polygon has announced any prices or launch dates yet.
